My first attempt at blogging....

OK, everybody.....I'm a little bit behind the times.  A few weeks ago I created a facebook account and now a blog.  I'm finally joining all of you that have been doing this for quite a while, so any advice on how this gig works is most welcome.  I'm actually pretty impressed with myself already!  I know it doesn't take much....  :)
